What is the minimum/maximum number of people we can book?
To host your Grad or Group Gathering at Kora Cottages, we typically require a minimum of 15 units (around 72 guests), with a max capacity of 84. Smaller groups are welcome, but prices may be higher to cover security and exclusive site access. Thanks for understanding!
What is the pricing per person? and what’s the deposit cost?
Celebrating prom or a group getaway? Kora Cottages offers cozy cabins with private bathrooms and kitchenettes. Rates start at $90/person per night, plus a refundable $90 deposit. Each group (4–6 per cabin) is responsible for their cabin, and any issues will be deducted from the group’s deposit. Keep it fun, clean, and respectful!
How far is Wasaga Beach from the GTA?
Wasaga Beach is just 1.5 to 2 hours from the GTA by car, depending on traffic. We highly recommend carpooling per cabin — it makes check-in smoother for everyone and keeps things simple!
What do I have to bring?
Don't forget to pack your pillow, light blanket, towels, and toiletries! If you're cooking, bring your own pots, pans, dishes, and utensils. We also have 2 gas BBQs available—just bring BBQ tools and clean up after yourself.
Do I get my deposit back?

How early can I book my spot?
Secure your spot whenever you're ready — many Groups book up to 7 months in advance to lock in their preferred dates. We strongly recommend booking early to make sure you don’t miss out and to keep planning simple and stress-free!
